Nelly Brings Holiday Cheer to Hospital
Nelly teamed up with Macy’s to give back for the holidays. The St. Louis rapper spent time signing autographs and playing Nintendo Wii with cancer patients at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Pediatric Hospital on Friday (Dec. 11).

aww this is so sweet. you can tell the kids are happy. more celebrities need to do more stuff like this and not wait for a cheque to come before they help others out.

This made me smile, I have had sympathy for cancer patients ever since my grandma died of cancer. I’m glad to see Nelly getting involved in something positive.=)
