Chris Brown Deletes His Twitter Page

Chris Brown

It appears as though Chris Brown has followed after Kid Cudi and Miley Cyrus and deleted his Twitter page.

Brown’s last tweet under the name @MechanicalDummy was on Monday (Dec. 14). “I WANNA THANK MY FANS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT. I LOVE YALL. GOODBYE!!!!!!!!!!!!” he said in his final entry.

The 20-year-old pop star had used Twitter to communicate with his supporters and recently expressed his frustrations. Over the weekend, he tweeted about a Walmart in Wallingford, Conn., that did not have his new album Graffiti, but had Alicia Keys’ The Element of Freedom stocked prior to its Tuesday release. “I’m tired of this s—,” he wrote. “Major stores are blackballing my CD. Not stockin the shelves and lying to customers. What the f— do I gotta do…”

Walmart released a statement to People in response to the claim, saying, “We are surprised at the comments online. All Walmart stores nationwide have carried the CD since its release, including the Wallingford store mentioned in the post. This store actually sold through its initial shipment over the weekend. The majority of our stores today are showing they do have copies available.”

Chris Brown’s Twitter account had over 172,000 followers at the time of deletion.

You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site.

People lie but why would they all come up with similar stories about stories not selling the album?! These companies might now want any drama but these silly store managers with their personal grudges are messing things up. That’s just the thing. It’s not the company that is blackballing the album, it’s silly store managers that think that just because they have a badge and a job description that includes the world “manage” that they own the store! <<<>>> YOU DON’T! Their checks aren’t gonna be any more if they sell out of “Graffiti” 20 times! But ya know what it jut might be less! God watches everything! They’re messing with Chris’s money! They’re judging him and deciding what his punishment should be! God doesn’t like that! He will repay them for their nasty ways! I just pray that He has mercy on their souls! GOOD DAY!!

Twitter is nothing but trouble, another source of gossip, like we needed another source…

I got a twitter, but I don’t use it, its pointless to me. We have Myspace and Facebook for status updates.

As for anyone “blackballing” Chris’s album, thats wrong, they should let the past be the past. WTH does that have to do with his music? Nobody buys Wal-Mart’s albums anyways, they are too “squeaky clean”, Green Day had an issue regarding them this year.

    LMAO
He’s so frustrated that his album is flopping hard (21k so far=epic fail), so he’s acting angry on Twitter? Chris, do you remember what happens when you get angry? LMAO, his team said him that he must delete his twitter, so the world doesn’t see that he’s angry retard.

This also can be the reason:

HE HAD MORE FOLLOWERS THAN ALBUM SALES
    ROFLMAO xD

    What an EPIC FAIL

I went and bought the CD for my son yesterday, and I did not see anything wrong with any of the songs, and my son loves the music. All I’m going to say is God don’t like ugly and while all these judgemental hypocrites are trying to do his job for him, they will pay. Everybody makes mistakes, we have all done wrong, including me, so who I’m I to judge him? Who is anybody to judge him? We didn’t bless him with his talents, so who are we to try and take it from him, who are we to try and stop him from using them? If we all was to pay for our mistakes, then none of us would have a job. I’m not talking about the haters that don’t work, that don’t have a job, their job is to do nothing but hate, which has no type of pay or benefits at all. Keep on wishing he will fail, people really need to be careful about wishing and hoping bad things on others, it can really backfire on you. Continue to keep your head up Chris, and pray for the judgemental hypocrites out there, they really need it.

@jessicarabbitszs, How do you know he does not feel remorse for it? You act like you know him personally. God doesn’t like alot of things, mainly hypoccites who try and judge other people when they no they are not perfect. Go somewhere hater.

    jessicarabbitszs Reply:

@When, Please…I’m sure you judge people on a daily basis for what they do. The fact that you support a man who hits a woman and could care less frightens me.

Listen to the lyrics to his album and you’ll know he feels no remorse. That’s how I know…

this is the first time i have been on here and i have seem more SUPPORTERS of chris than HATERS and applaud, this boy is stil so young, scrutunise all you want but the media will b all up his ass again. when he is back to the top with that talent of his he can make it. he just aint trying hard enuff he is in a silly rush to get himself out there so that people dont 4get about him or breath the february tragidyy which is understanding but he is good with me. i bought the album and the songs were chilling sad and i felt really bad for him because u can tell he is fustrated and cannot stress how sorry he is about the rihanna thing. i dont blame rihanna for anything but wen she is walking streets and u dont know what she is going to say next whether its a lie or the truth its gonna keep him on the edge becayse the media are going to believe her over him. so… i feel realli bad for him, he jst need to HOLD HIS HEAD UP HIGH STOP SAYING sorry because he confessed to his stupid behaviour and is mving past it.. so just work HARD CHRIS AND DONT GIVE THE FUCK UP.. no matter watever the HATERS say.. just focus on the supporters which are your fans. another thing he may not be able to make it on a hgih level talk show or the awards events but he sure is able SELL OUT TICKETS FOR HIM SHOW.. so what the hell does that tell u .. and he is #2 i think with his album so thats not a flop if you are higher than GUCCI MANE, SNOOP, AND OMG TIMBERLAND<< HE MUST FEEL LIKE AN ASS AFTER KICKING CHRIS OFF HIS DAMN ALBUM!..x well thats what you get for not true and standing by your fellow industry friends. the industry is cold people. think twice before taking part.

@When, I so agree with you. People out there act as though they are so perfect and has never done anything wrong. And they also act as though Chris Brown is the only artist that has ever made a mistake, its a list of them, and they still have a career, and still making money. But, yet they continue to come on his site and post hate. And among the haters that don’t have a life, as you can see alot of them don’t even have an education, you can tell by the way they posted their comments. @niya, my point exactly, but yet she took time to go to Wal-Mart at 10:30 to see if his CD was out there. Now that is a true hater with no life at all. I am so pulling for Chris Brown to rise above all this, and he can, and hopefully one day he will.

His career is over. Most of you stans don’t get it. Just cause he has good comments does not speak volumes for how millions of people feel about him.

    arie Reply:

@hellno, I guess you personally went out there and asked millions of people. You haters don’t get it, not everyone is against Chris like you haters are and want everybody to be. He has supporters, but you will not hear about it in the media, you only hear about the negetive. It is understandable why some people are against him and why some people continue to support him. But you haters are pathetic, yet you do not like him, but you go on all his sites posting hate, yall are the ones with a serious problem, apparently yall think about this young man constantly, which says alot, no life.

I’m so over him…He’s always crying lol So fucking annoying and definitley hurting his career because I totally lost interest…I bought his debut album and bought Exclusive but wont think twice about buying Graffiti…I mean for what when I can listen to Exclusive and a Pretty Ricky album I get the same results…I think hes flopping because it’s not a good album FLAT OUT!!!!! It’s not on the shelves because no one wants to buy it so why should a store waste money on a product the consumers don’t want

    Message For Chris:
    Get Over Yourself!!!!
And stop crying over a situation you brought to yourself because no one has to forgive you if there not ready

  27. A Disappointed Fan...

The ONLY reason i am upset at Chris is because I feel like he didnt give his all at the Fort Lauderdale concert on 11/29/09. I feel like he just did “whatever” and left- no MJ tribute- no new songs from the album just the nwe singles. I heard Chris sang “I’ll Go” at another concert- the best track from Graffiti- but not at Fort Lauderdale. I’m disappointed to see he can perform better and do more things at other venues- but when it comes to Fort Lauderdale he treats it as if its just another “thing” to do on a stop to better concerts and city tours. I’m really upset and disappointed. I wanted a Michael tribute- i remember saying that!
    I wanted newer songs-

I cant take Chris any longer. He messed up his career- I used to believe in him- and then he ranted against Wal-Mart and complained. Where is his PR team? Then he closed down Twitter- which he should have done a long time ago. Chris still acts like an arrogant jackass, and I’m tired of defending someone who doesnt want to better themselves as a person. Chris twitter rant showed that. He is playing right into their hands, giving them what they want- Chris Brown’s downfall. Chris will NEVER recover- he is finished. And I feel really bad for him. This is one of his last performances- its back to the real world now….. I’m trashing my Graffiti cd- his best cd yet- because I can’t fight for him anymore. He’s hurting himself- watching Chris crash and burn is so aweful. Chris is so talented.
