Even a snowstorm couldn’t stop the Rihanna reign. Little Miss Sunshine warmed up New York City’s frigid Rockefeller Center on Saturday (Dec. 19) with a pre-taped performance of her hits for “NBC’s New Year’s Eve With Carson Daly.” She was joined by Jay-Z on “Run This Town.” The New Year’s Eve special will air on Thursday, December 31, beginning at 10 p.m.
