Rap-Up.com || Rap-Up TV: JoJo Reveals New Album Details (Part 2)

In Part 2 of our exclusive interview with JoJo, the singer, who most recently collaborated with Timbaland on Shock Value II, moves past the label drama and looks toward the future. Now signed to Blackground/Interscope Records, the 19-year-old Bostonian is gearing up for the release of her third album in 2010 and already has Timbaland and Pharrell in her corner. Plus, she clues us in on the project’s direction, her plans for the leaked records, and her mixtape with Clinton Sparks and Chester French.

“I wanted to do something that people would be like, ‘Wow, this girl has come a long way and she’s really taking the reins,’” she tells Rap-Up TV of her new music. “I wanted people to get a sense of who I am.”

Yes finally. Interscope better recognize the amount of talent that jojo is gonna bring to the table. At 15 this girl could hit higher notes than most established female artists that are over 30. Timbaland and jojos lose control is probobly the best song on shock value 2. u can see the chemistry that they have together on the song so just imagine what heat timbos gonna cook up for her new album. Cant wait!

Kenna and the neptunes, I cannot wait to hear what they bring out of her PIPES! Interscope (and all labels in general) need to start looking at their rosters and seeing who can make them money, and JoJo has enough talent to do just that! I cant wait, JOJO is the TRUTH!
