NRJ Music Awards 2010: Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Pharrell, & Black Eyed Peas

Rihanna was glowing in a lace Jean Paul Gaultier gown at the 11th Annual NRJ Music Awards at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, on Saturday (Jan. 23). The singer picked up the award for International Female Artist of the Year. Kelly Rowland, Pharrell, David Guetta, and International Song of the Year winner the Black Eyed Peas also lit up the red carpet.
