Rihanna rides the beat like…a zebra in the video for “Rude Boy,” the third single from her Rated R album. The clip was directed by Melina, who helmed the militaristic-couture “Hard,” and will premiere this Thursday on VEVO.

oh yeah cause she doesn’t have an original thought in her brain. she is a good vessel for basic pop ideas but her trying to be a provocateur is kinda silly in the same way it is for beyonce.

you cannot be a provocateur if you are just regurgitating and homogenizing other peoples ideas for mass consumption.

YES! “Rude Boy” is my favorite song on Rated R….Actually, I like the whole album, but this was the one where I replayed immediately and bumped it LOUD. This is definitely gonna be a big hit for Rihanna…Sorry Lady Gaga and Beyonce’s “Telephone”, Rihanna is gonna take her turn.
