Now one of the year’s most-buzzed-about hip-hop newcomers, North Carolina native J. Cole, sits down with Rap-Up TV for an exclusive interview about his humble beginnings as a bill collector to becoming the first artist signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation label.     J. Cole is the best new guy to touch the mic in some years. The Come and The Warm Up are excellent mixtapes and he is a few steps above the these other cats getting shine right now. I can’t wait for his album to drop!
