Rap-Up.com || Eve Locks Lips with Electro Duo MSTRKRFT

Eve continues to experiment with a new sound, hitting a Los Angeles recording booth on Wednesday (Feb. 24) to lay down a track with MSTRKRFT for Lip Lock, her first album since parting ways with Interscope Geffen A&M Records. The rapper-turned-actress promises the long-delayed set will be out this year.

“In the studio with [Eve] right now. No one is ready for this track,” tweeted JFK, one half of the Canadian electronic duo, who has worked with John Legend, Ghostface Killah, and E-40.

Everybody is doing Electro, but not everyone is pulling it off. Kelis is the only one who NAILED it. And thats why its #1 on Billboard Dance Charts w/o any promo.
