Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne is getting his hustle on even in prison. The Young Money CEO has taken on suicide watch duties at Rikers Island.

Wayne’s high school sweetheart and mother of his 11-year-old daughter Reginae Carter, Antonia “Toya” Johnson, told UsMagazine.com how the rapper’s been passing his time behind bars. “Wayne has a job—they got him on suicide watch for other prisoners,” said the star of BET’s “Tiny & Toya.” “He watches the crazy prisoners and makes sure they don’t kill themselves. He likes the job even though they don’t pay him much.”

The hip-hop star is serving a year-long sentence on gun possession, for which he was sentenced last month. “[He] is doing OK,” added Toya. “He is getting along with everybody.”

And Weezy didn’t even have to remove his trademark locks. “He didn’t have to cut his long hair!” she revealed.
