Ciara hit back at the haters with her buzz single “Basic Instinct (U Got Me),” the title track from her fourth album. After the song and video surfaced, there was rampant speculation as to who she was taking shots at.

Was she getting back at Keri Hilson, who some believe dissed her on the remix to “Turnin’ Me On”? For the record, Keri refuted any beef in a radio interview.

I think Basic Instinct has a very good chance flopping like Fantasy Ride did cause her first single “Ride” isnt doing well on billboard charts, it cant even crack the top 40 better yet 20. Next singles gonna need to blow up or her label might shelve the album.

Basic Instinct is obviously gonna flop. Ride has not even made it into the top 40 on billboard her label is gonna need her to release another single. Jive is gonna do the same thing they did with Fantasy Ride and push the album back like 5 times. They cant release the album without a hit single otherwise they will shelve the cd

For the record Ciara’s first single of her career went straight to number 1 in the US and the Uk. Goodies was 5 times platinum worldwide. Evolution debuted at NUMBER 1 on billboard. Also went multi platinum. Love Sex Magic was a top 10 Grammy nominated worldwide single. Those are the facts.Stop fronting.

I like keri hilson and Im proud she’s living her dream, but you stans need to chill. Ciara’s the O.G. Keri had 2 hit songs with the help of 3 HEAVY hitters who sang/rapped half the song(s) Keri hilson cant TOUCH ciara when it comes to performing, dancing, looks, sound.
Keri may have more range, but personally it takes more then a good voice to get me to buy a song.
