Rap-Up.com || New Music: Drake f/ Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys and Drake get it poppin’ like July 4th on “Fireworks,” the opening track off Drizzy’s Thank Me Later. The “Un-thinkable” collaborators expressed mutual respect for each other in interviews with Rap-Up.com.

“He’s a great guy. I’m really proud of all the things he’s been able to achieve,” Alicia said of the Canadian star, who echoed the love. “She gave me like one of the best studio experiences in my life.”

Not really feeling this song. Alicia kind of ruins it for me. I wish someone with a much softer voice sang it, like Ciara or Beyonce. Dope lyrics nonetheless.

Give me some feedback
1. Find Your Love 9.5/10
2. Shut It Down (feat. The-Dream)9/10
3. Over 8/10
4. Unforgettable (feat. Young Jeezy) 8/10
5. Miss Me (feat. Lil’ Wayne) 6.5/10

Idk where to put this track though. Im not loving the beat but the same thing happened with Find Your Love and that ended up being one of my favorite songs ever. Just from lyrics and overall so far i give it a 7.5/10…. But please tell me what you all think

I can actually hear Janet or Ciara on this song. But, this is a leak, not the actual master. Alicia is a far better singer then both of the aforementioned combined. This album will go platinum within two weeks if not less. Straight fire.

If Drake started rapping at the beginning of the song then let Alicia come in this would have been a lot better. Another thing that would of helped is Drake singing with Alicia near the end and they would have hit really high notes.
Then it would have been fire but since they didn’t it won’t take off
