Rap-Up.com || Trey Songz Announces New Album Title, Joint Tour with Monica

After years of being the underdog, Trey Songz will celebrate his recent success with a new album and joint tour co-starring another R&B survivor Monica.

Passion, Pain & Pleasure is the title of the “Say Aah” singer’s fourth studio album, due in September, and the name of his upcoming tour, which will kick off August 6 in Shreveport, La., and then travel the U.S. through mid-September, culminating with a two-night-stand at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

“The ‘Passion, Pain & Pleasure Tour’ is not just another show; it will be an up close and personal experience for everyone,” stated Trey. “Come see me perform your favorite songs live and hear new music from my upcoming album, Passion, Pain & Pleasure, for the first time. With the help of one of the best R&B female vocalists out today, my sister Monica, we promise you a night to remember.”

Monica shared her excitement. “I am ecstatic to be a part of a real R&B tour,” she added. “Trey and I are dedicated to making sure that each night is an experience that is fulfilling to the heart and soul.”

What is so special about Trey Songz…Can someone please explain?
They try so hard to sell this Trey guy and still…he sounds awful and looks even worse!
For many years they said Usher was hot…still I believe he looks like a chipmunk! LMAO
Monica is legendary, her voice, her swager , her talent is unique and she is a true soul survivor.
I respect and admire Mo for what she is.

This is a excellent idea. I don’t even fukk with Trey Songz like that but this tour should be a success. I’m glad it’s a co-headlining tour between the two and I’ll go just for Monica. I wonder who the opening act is going to be if there’s even one. I personally don’t care for the title of the tour though. Keep that for his album and name it something else. Simply “Trey Songz and Monica: Live” or something to that effect would suffice. So tickets should be going on sale between now and July I reckon.

hey too all those who think that trey can sing u r crzy dude can really sing and as a va. native he is one of the most talented singers from this state and in the game today i have been to several of his shows and he sounds good so stop hatin………..monica can also sing and should benefit from the popularity of trey songz… trey is the new king of pillow talk sorry r. kelly and i love kels i grew up listen to his music as a teenager in the early 90′s but trey is here for a while.
