Nipsey Hussle took it back to his Crenshaw ’hood to shoot the video for “Feelin’ Myself,” the first single from his debut album South Central State of Mind, due later this year on Cinematic/Epic Records.
The West Coast MC invited hundreds of his neighbors and Twitter followers to join him on set, where he showed how his humble beginnings turned into larger-than-life realities, cruising the block in a $200,000+ Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.
The Marc Klasfeld-directed clip co-stars Lloyd, who filmed his scenes at night on the corner of 57th St. and Harcourt Ave.
