Could a Swizz Beatz-Lenny Kravitz collabo be in the works? The producer and rocker were spotted leaving lunch together at Cipriani Downtown in New York City on Monday (July 19). Swizz and fiancée Alicia Keys purchased Lenny’s old 6000-square-foot penthouse in downtown NYC for a reported $12.75 million. The luxurious pad features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a suspended glass staircase, and rooftop deck.

When you’re throwing a party, and multiple people need to use a bathroom, it helps to have one ready at their disposal as opposed to having everyone stand in line.
