GREY GOOSE Entertainment saluted J. Cole, Estelle, Jeremih, Laura Izibor, and Melanie Fiona as part of its second season of “Rising Icons.” The talented bunch join the company of last year’s honorees Keri Hilson, Wale, The-Dream, and Ryan Leslie. The launch event was held at New York City hotspot Avenue and featured the soulful stylings of Melanie Fiona.

    why the f isn’t Jazmine Sullivan apart of this year’s Rising Icons list. With 7 Grammy nominations, the first album being certified gold, touring with Maxwell and Ne-Yo and a hot new single and album on the way, why does she keep getting the short end of the stick by this wack industry???
