Rap-Up.com || Soulja Boy’s Hollywood Birthday Bash

Soulja Boy Tell’em celebrated his 20th birthday with a red carpet soirée and mini-concert at The Highlands in Hollywood on Wednesday night (July 28). The “Pretty Boy Swag” rapper made a grand entrance in all white, later removing his shirt onstage to reveal his tattoo-covered body.

His fans will soon have a new anthem to party to with the Boi-1da-produced “Speakers Going Hammer,” the second single from his forthcoming album The DeAndre Way. “It’s another hit,” he tells MTV News.

Worst rapper of all time. Ever. No talent WHATSOEVER. Anyone who defends him and says that anybody who RIGHTFULLY criticizes him is a “hater” needs to:
a) Grow up and realize that not liking someone or their work doesn’t make you a “hater”. That term is so played out.
b) Get better taste in music. Even fun, silly music to dance to shouldn’t be THIS bad.
c) Get their heads checked for even thinking that there is anything about this idiot to defend.

So if he became a “rich black man” by selling drugs, would that be alright with you? Because money isn’t the be-all, end-all of life. Money isn’t what makes a person, and it shouldn’t be one’s primary goal to get rich at all costs. If Soulja Boy was a talented, hard-working person who’s passion was music and not being as marketable as possible to secure chart positions and record sales, then that would be something to applaud. Being an industry puppet isn’t.

My point was that if you cant respect his music(no one should… EVER) respect the fact that this is one black young man who made something of himself by pursuing his dreams and achieving his goals
