I absolutely love the all of the chatter about Lil Kim. This verse was done by a woman who knows she reigns sumpreme. She is not trying to prove herself. The average Onika fan was a child when Lil Kim’s first, second, and third platinum selling album was released. Please Kim fans do not argue with them. Aubrey’s fans did the same thing. Before his album dropped they acted like he was one of hip hops greatest until Eminem kicked his commercial ass on the Billboard. Lil Kim reigned in the rap game at the same time as Missy and her amazing success, Foxy and her triple platinum first album, and Lauryn Hill and the lenegendary Miseducation album. She has proved she has it in her. I just love to see Nicki’s fans get their feathers ruffled every time Lil Kim touches a microphone. Whether the verse is hot or not doesn’t matter. Did you hear Jay Z call her The Queen? Like it or not Hov is the voice of hip hop. Honestly I dont know how nicki fans can hate on Kim when even Nicki loves her style. What happened in ATL proved it. They already had Nicki in the lineup to perform but the fans had a fit when they thought Lil Kim wasn’t going to perform. Look at the BET awards this year, Trina was the only one in the category who even has an album out and they gave nicki the award.
