The performance lineup for the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards just got a whole lot fancier. Mary J. Blige and Swizz Beatz are set to join Drake onstage at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre—most likely to perform their collabo “Fancy,” a track originally intended for MJB—while Bruno Mars will make his VMA performance debut during the show, airing live on Sunday, Sept. 12, at 9 p.m.
Additionally, Katy Perry and Rick Ross have been added as presenters during the telecast, as have Cher, Ellen DeGeneres, the cast of “Glee,” Kim Kardashian, Rosario Dawson, the cast of “Jackass,” and more.
The award show, hosted by comedienne Chelsea Handler, will feature previously announced performances from Eminem, Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Usher, B.o.B, Jason Derulo, and others, while Nicki Minaj will help kick off the event by performing a remix of “Your Love” during the pre-show at 8 p.m.Tweet
