Rap-Up TV: Caribbean Cooking with Shontelle

Shontelle can rip the mic, but she’s also handy in the kitchen. The Bajan babe, whose sophomore album No Gravity is in stores now, was feeling like a desperate housewife as she took a private cooking lesson at Sur La Table in Los Angeles with Chef Martin Gilligan.

Rap-Up TV had hungry eyes as the “Impossible” singer whipped up an island-inspired meal including pineapple cole slaw, lobster curry, mahi mahi, conch fritters, banana rice pudding, and a Bahama Mama to wash it down.

Watch out Rachael Ray, she’s coming for ya!

I love Mahi Mahi I had it last year at a hotel when I went to an excellence awards ceremony. I didn’t want to try it but one of the workers told me to and he guarenteed that I would like and and I loved it! :)
