Video: Mohombi f/ Nelly – ‘Miss Me’

R&B newcomer Mohombi nabs a high-profile guest appearance from Nelly on “Miss Me,” the first single off his 2011 debut album Movemeant. The Swedish-Congolese singer, who is the first artist signed to producer RedOne’s record label 2101, rolls up to the club where he links up with the St. Louis rapper, taking it to the dance floor as he hits choreographed moves with a gang of backup dancers. Why does it say U.K newcomer? He is swedish/Kongoleasean, he lives in Stockholm, and last time i checked, Stockholm isn’t in the uk.

It’s pretty good; I can see him being put into the same category as Jason Derulo, Taio Cruz, and Jay Sean. All those guys make the same type of songs and are sometimes hard to tell apart. I really like the dance sequences though in this video.
