New Music: Jazmine Sullivan – ’10 Seconds’

Taking it back to the ’80s on the old school, hip-hop-inspired “Holding You Down (Goin’ in Circles),” Jazmine Sullivan goes further back in time on the swinging ’50s soul number “10 Seconds.” The second single off her sophomore album Love Me Back (Nov. 2), the Salaam Remi production sees the Philly soulstress trying to keep her cool after her man does her wrong.

    JAM, JAM, JAM!!! I really like this. November 2nd cannot come fast enough. Jazmine is definitely one of the best vocalists out right now. I’m really feeling the photography for her promo shots this go-around as well.

    God, she’s so raw! I love this chick, definitely picking up Love Me Back when it comes out, November can’t come fast enough!

    This album could rival Fearless which is an amazing debut.
