New Music: Kevin Cossom f/ Diddy & Fabolous – ‘Baby I Like It’

Kevin Cossom

Singer-songwriter Kevin Cossom (Keri Hilson’s “Knock You Down”) commands all the pretty girls to put their hands up in the air on the club banger “Baby I Like It,” featuring Diddy and Fabolous. The Danja-produced tune, outfitted with a galloping dance beat, sees the Grammy nominee keeping up with the racing instrumental and singing through an Auto-Tune filter, giving the track breathing space to allow his guest stars to shine. Peep the first single off KC’s 2011 debut below.

Kinda boring. Was expecting something better knowing Danja had produced it.

His mixtape outshined all major r&b albums this year. KC is a crazy talented guy, and this is definitely going to chart. Probably not as big as his other songs would, but its a good song to put his foot in the door for commercial success. Its in the same lane as Trey Songz “Say Aah”.
    Def copping this album!
