Rap-Up.com || Monica and Shannon Brown Get Engaged

You may have seen them walk down the aisle in the video for “Love All Over Me,” now Monica and boyfriend Shannon Brown are preparing to say “I do” in real life.

The 25-year-old L.A. Laker popped the question to the Grammy-winning songstress, 29. “I’m truly ecstatic,” Mo told Rap-Up.com. The couple has been dating since filming the video for “Love All Over Me” in June.

“We’re in the beginning stages, but we’re much further than most because we don’t keep secrets, we have a great time, we share each other’s jobs, and we share each other’s interests,” the blushing bride-to-be previously told Rap-Up.com of her now fiancé.

Monica has two sons, five-year-old Rodney Ramone Hill III aka Lil’ Rocko and two-and-a-half-year-old Romelo Montez Hill, from a previous relationship with Atlanta rapper Rodney “Rocko” Hill.

On the music side of things, Monica just released a remix to her single “Here I Am” with Trey Songz and is already working on her next album with cousin Polow Da Don.

wowww um I would say it is too soon, but she did say “we’re much further than most because we don’t keep secrets”…Don’t want her rushing into another break up though. Congrats to her, I hope this dude is the 1 for her.

Wait wait people, she didnt say she was engaged niether did she say anything about that relationship…
This is all a whole load of stuff being said, they all seem too not be real when it comes too relationships, high expectations living in a unreal industry … Thats not real life, what they expect is normally alot higher than the average person…

Good for her but I feel like it’s way too soon. They have only been together for 4 months and they always say the faster you get engaged and married the sooner it will fall apart. Let’s wait and see.
