New Music: Black Eyed Peas – ‘The Time (The Dirty Bit)’
Boom boom pow. The Black Eyed Peas are back with another blockbuster single. Will.i.am, Fergie, apl.de.ap, and Taboo sample “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” from Dirty Dancing on “The Time (The Dirty Bit),” the first offering from their new album The Beginning, commencing November 30. “I’ve had the time of my life and I’ve never felt this way before,” sings a robotic-voiced will on the thumping track.
“I am so excited about our new album,” shared the Peas leader of the follow-up to last year’s The E.N.D. “The Beginning is our departure to the new, always pushing new sounds and technology. I can’t wait till you experience all that we have been cooking up.”

Someone mentioned that since My Humps B.E.P have gone down hill. well i must say that since Joints & Jams and Request line they have just sold out. But i had no problems until i heard I GOT A Feeling. that song was and still is one of the most annoying songs ever that i have ever heard, yes its one of the biggest selling downloads but at what cost, loosing most of there loyal fans (well what was left of them).

While we *should* be focusing on moving forward in music, will.i.am has gone and made a song for the BEP that goes even DEEPER into techno-club garbage and is even MORE brainless than what we currently have out right now. Thanks. What an a**hole.

This song is going to be a massive hit single for the group. You can’t deny the Dirty Dancing hook which is the entire reason the song will blow up. Girls and Tweens will be all over this single and the 30 somethings will jump aboard because of the familiarity. You can dislike it but you cannot deny it.
