Janet Jackson Talks 'For Colored Girls,' Denies Engagement Rumors

Currently on the promo grind for the Tyler Perry drama For Colored Girls, a glowing Janet Jackson appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” for a candid interview with Robin Roberts. The soft-spoken entertainer explained how she learned of the Broadway play For Colored Girls by visiting her bro Michael as a kid when he appeared in The Wiz, how she played such a passionate role in the film, and squashed rumors that she’s engaged.

“He’s a very private man, so I don’t talk about our relationship,” Miss Jackson said of her current beau, wealthy business man Wissam Al Mana. “I’m not engaged, I will say that.”
