Ciara, showing off her curves in a form-fitting gray dress, toasted to turning 25 with Chris Brown and BFF Kim Kardashian at her birthday celebration last night at Greenhouse in Manhattan. Friends sang “Happy Birthday” to CiCi before she blew out the candles on her cake. The festivities continue with a Halloween-themed celebration at Haze nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday.
