Rap-Up.com || Kim Kardashian Teams with The-Dream for Album

He’s helped make hits for Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Mariah Carey, and now The-Dream is extending his golden touch to Kim Kardashian. The reality star is reportedly working on an album with the platinum hitmaker.

She may be best known for her famous figure and popular television show, but Kim is ready to put her vocal skills to the test. According to TMZ, the celebutante has stepped into the booth to record her debut album with The-Dream, who’s responsible for some of pop’s biggest hits including “Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)” and “Umbrella.”

The star of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” was seen leaving a midtown Manhattan studio just last week. And while it may seem absurd on paper, sources are raving over the results. “Kim’s got a really good voice,” says one person who’s heard the material.

No further details have been announced, but stay tuned to keep up with the singing Kardashian.

Well, since when was natural singing talent actually required to sing in the music industry these days? I mean really, Rihanna, Ke$ha, & Katy Perry all sound less then great live, and yet those three have ruled the music charts last year. The main thing Kim has going against her is the public perception she’s made for herself, and if she drops anything less then a smash hit, it will be considered a failure. I doubt she can sing, much less make a hit, but I’ll give her the benifit of a doubt…4 now

I seriously want to hear it so I can judge it harshly, not even gonna lie!If “Don’t be Tardy for the Party” can get the “other” Kim some attention, then of course BB Kim (BB= big booty) is gonna go for it. I see it as her trying to be the one thing she’s not, talented. People who have talent use their TALENT as their platform FIRST, as a debut. Everyone gets a debut, and unfortunately she already had hers, sucking RayJay’s D*@k! You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and she will always be just another whore who made it. We don’t need to listen to her ass too, please. If I thought she were cool & relatable or even remotely artistic, I wouldn’t go on this rant, but give me a break. Jill Scott she is not. Goapele she is not. Erykah Badu she is not. These are artists with talent, who I believe would have more integrity than I do right now because of how on blast I’m putting what I think BBKK’s album will be! I’m done. Whew.
