Ne-Yo descended on the Big Apple last week by taking over NYC’s Times Square to help celebrate the launch of Kinect for Xbox 360, a controller-free add-on to the gaming system. Braving the cold weather, the “Beautiful Monster” hitmaker dressed in his most dapper attire, performing on stage in front of hundreds of dancers who hit synchronized cues to the singer-songwriter’s bumping tunes.

“Me being a gamer myself, I’m excited. I already got mine on pre-order. I know they go on sale at midnight, but mine is on the way to the house right now,” he told MTV’s Sway, noting that his fourth album Libra Scale hits stores November 22. See what you missed by grooving below.
