After receiving glowing remarks from the judge during a progress report hearing yesterday, Chris Brown was all smiles at Us Weekly‘s Hot Hollywood “Stars Who Care” event at The Colony in Hollywood on Thursday night. The latest “Dancing with the Stars” castoff, Brandy, was honored for seeking a new heart for an ailing teen, while Nelly’s drive to sign up bone marrow donors earned him a spot on the list. Others lending their support to the charitable stars included Aubrey O’Day, Omarion, and Taio Cruz.
