Dr. Dre made good on his promise to deliver Detox music before Christmas, but fans are also going to get a video. The West Coast icon and Snoop Dogg pose together in the first official photo from the set of “Kush,” the first release from his long-awaited opus. The clip, which also features Akon, was directed by Joseph Kahn and is expected to debut this month.

While Dre has released the smokers’ anthem to iTunes, he doesn’t want fans to judge the project on the initial offering. “It’s about weed smoking and I don’t want people to think that that’s what my album is about,” he told Power 106’s Big Boy. “This is actually the only song with that type of content in it. It’s not a representation of what the album is.”
