Drake originally intended to release his R&B mixtape It’s Never Enough, but only got so far as releasing his TLC tribute “I Get Lonely Too.” Now, Jeremih puts a spin on the sultry jam, leaving Drizzy’s backup vocals and adding romantic melodies to the fold. “Shawty, I just wanna spend some quiet time/ And look up at the stars so you won’t forget me,” he sings on the cut.

Why did Drake not bring out this mixtape it would of been so good, I get lonely too and Fall for your type were two great songs which were both single material. Now Jamie foxx and Jeremih have them and if i must say ruin them both

This is horrible. I didn’t even listen for 30 seconds. I’m gonna stick to Drake’s version. I wonder why drizzy records all these R and B hits and then sells them off knowing that the artists won’t do them justice. First it was “fall for your type” to Jamie Foxx and now he gave this one to this dude who just…I can’t. Stop it drizzy!

Can’t nobody seem to do Drake’s R&B records any justice, so they should just stay off them. I have no prob with Jerimih but this sucked, at least Jamie was bearable on fall for your type

This just shows that Drake is a better R&B artist from someone who does that full time. Drake is a Rapper and equally as good singing.

Jeremih makes good songs but honetly he doesnt have a good voice his vocals are very lack luster he needs a vocal coach asap.

I`M NOT GOING TO EVEN LISTEN..ALL I WANNA KNOW IS WHY IS DRAKE GIVING ALL OF HIS SONGS AWAY TO OTHER ARTIST..I REALLY DIDN’T EVEN LIKE DRAKE’S VERSION SO I PRETTY MUCH AIN’T GON LIKE JEREMIH’S..FIRST IT WAS “FALL FOR YOUR TYPE” WHICH WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE R&B CUTS BY DRAKE & HE GAVE IT TO JAMIE FOXX WHO MESSED IT UP NOW HE HAS GIVEN “I GET LONELY TOO” TO JEREMIH..

OH WELL ITS DRAKE DECISION SO I JUST HAVE TO DEAL WIHT IT..HE MUST BE GETTING READY TO COME BACK OUT WITH THE 2CD ALBUM

I actually like Drake’s R&B tunes, very unique but this is crap, it was way better before without Jeremiah, Fall for Your type is good with and without Jamie Foxx though.

Jeremih is a way better singer than drake
the problem is that drake songs are suited to his voice and its so is hard for even the best singer to make a version that sounds better than his be it beyonce, christina a, or usher, jamie foxx who can all sing better but because he has his own sound which is voice is taylored 4 its so hard

How do people like Jeremih who clearly can’t sing get record deals? I would love to be a fly on the wall of his first meeting with an A&R rep– when he sings with no auto-tune. Jeremih just showed his ass–so embarrassing. smdh
