Commemorating the one-year anniversary of the Haiti earthquake, Wyclef Jean takes it to the studio to rep for his native country in the video for “Earthquake,” a track off his If I Were President: My Haitian Experience EP. Wearing a turquoise-plaid jacket and poised in front of a microphone, the presidential hopeful sings to Mother Earth on the acoustic tune, backed by soulful singers, congo players, and a bassist. If this isn’t musical diarhea i don’t know what is…. how long did it take for him to write this?? 5min? Clef, you’ve written some amazing stuff but you are gonna have to try harder for anyone to care about you anymore
