Chris Brown laughed it up with his pal Mijo while walking through The Grove shopping center in Los Angeles with a bodyguard and female friend on Tuesday (Jan. 26). They dined at the Cheesecake Factory before being spotted by the paparazzi and fans. Earlier in the day, Breezy put the finishing touches on his latest work of art, a graffitied pig.
