Rap-Up.com || New Music: RichGirl – ‘Lay It Down (Remix)’

RichGirl “Lay It Down” on their remix to Lloyd’s sultry jam, set to be included on the quartet’s debut mixtape Fall in Love with RichGirl, dropping on Valentine’s Day. On their version, Audra, Brave, Lyndriette, and SeVen re-record vocals that promise to turn their man out.

“Take them Calvin Kleins off/ ‘Cause your lovin’ is so sick that it’s about to make me cough/ And my pillow is so soft for your head to lay across/ Want your head to lay in, it’s a win-win,” they sass.

YASS!, & Brave was spittin that fire @ the beginning. @jeremy well you see they aren’t getting any real buzz, so they aren’t gonna drop the album (not saying that in a snappy way, being serious). Then, you have Jive not really backing them like they should as new artist. So I figure they’re tryna get them a solidfied fanbase & make a mark with the mixtape, even with the name is confirms that “Fall in Love with RichGirl”, then after their known enough, established a good deal, & have a buzz they’ll probably drop the album.

i really like these girls so much!!! but they’re not being smart, promotionally… “Swagga Right” was a tight song, but everyone is sick of rick ross (who SUCKS) and lets face it, the track is more of a CD track than a single. “Shut Up Boy” coulda been their “Take a Bow (Riri)” if they played it right…

I will definitely be getting this mixtape! i really hope it brings these girls out into the open for everyone to luv!

They are all really beautiful, very attractive & dope talented singers! Really loving the melody from them on this remix which reminds me of some old-school 90s R&B! That rap from Brave in the beginning was dope too & I’m really looking forward to the mixtape as well as their album when it finally drops!

I truly believe this mixtape may be the best thing to have happened to Richgirl thus far, besides the Beyonce tour. And the vocals slay!

This makes want the mixtape so bad. Just imagine the other songs that could be.on there. Hopefully, they cover a Brandy song….

they really aren’t gonna go anywhere label are leaving them floating around but not specifically promoted . they don’t have a specific category in which a fan base could be formed and tbh there ain’t really anything special about them other than they are pretty and this rendition of the song worse than original kinda spoils it . i don’t know maybe its a grower .
