Bruno Mars gets a makeover from electropop band Passion Pit on the remix to “Grenade,” included on his iTunes release The Grenade Sessions EP. On the electronic remix, the No. 1 hit is revamped into a sparkly upbeat jam, with the gloomy verses replaced by optimistic synthesizers and a slap-happy melody. Check out the new song below, and head over to the digital store for an additional remix from The Hooligans and an acoustic version.

The snares on the first verse of the song are really annoying. Should have pulled those. This is “ok”….nothing special.
