Kelly Rowland heats up the screen in the sexy sneak peek for “Motivation,” the first single from her third album, due later this summer. Directed by Sarah Chatfield, the former Destiny’s Child diva makes the fellas sweat as she struts through a dimly-lit warehouse and shows off her hot body. The full video, featuring an appearance from Lil Wayne, premieres Monday.

The video doesn’t match the song for me. She has this really seductive track and she’s…in a warehouse with some dudes? (For some reason the sweaty bodies + lack of clothes + blue-ish tone made me think of Nelly’s “Hot in Herre”) She could have had a really beautiful video that makes her look like a grown woman, but this is just…not that great.
I think the song sounds pretty decent and Wayne’s feature will get some looks, but I still can’t see her doing a darn thing commercially in the United States, so all this “wig snatching” mumbo jumbo will likely be for naught.

i don’t get why she dnt wear her natural hair. I thought a week ago her hair was short and she was going with that look, I believe that for an album some people should just stick to a style and run with it for their album. Especially Kelly cause i think thats what turns me off bout her when she in america her game as far as image can get confusing if she had stuck to the short hair then um pretty sure the video would of been 10x hotter. Damn Kelly! She is about to slay! At first I didn’t like Motivation, but I’ve been playing it a lot and it’s growing fast on me. That guy that she is grabbing on is hot as hell!
