Keri Hilson, Ciara, Nelly, Snoop Dogg, & Bow Wow Kick Off Supafest Festival

Hip-hop and R&B’s brightest stars traveled Down Under for the first date of Supafest 2011, Australia’s largest urban music festival. “Pretty Girl” Keri Hilson lit up the stage in a studded denim jacket, black bra, and cutoff shorts while performing material from her No Boys Allowed album live for the first time at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium.

Ciara wowed thousands of festivalgoers with her well-choreographed moves and tight abs as she and her troupe of dancers worked up a sweat onstage. Hip-hop hunks Nelly and Bow Wow had the ladies swooning, the latter repping for his crew in a white YMCMB T-shirt.

Timbaland pulled out of the gig at the last minute, but Game, T-Pain, Fat Joe, Busta Rhymes, Taio Cruz, and the New Boyz made up for his absence with their lively sets. Snoop Dogg brought the West Coast to the land of Oz, closing out his performance by sharing the stage with Bow Wow on the classic “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?”

The four-date festival will also play Perth, Brisbane, and Melbourne, and is expected to attract over 100,000 music fans. Check out all the action below.

    F*ck Timbaland! I’m attending Saturday’s festival in Brisbane and he was the main reason I bought tickets. And it’s not the first time – he cancelled his Shock Value tour as well, after I’d already bought tickets and booked time off. Unreliable ass.

    BeyonceIsComingHater you are correct. Keri sold more albums in the first week than any of them. She is the hotest of all of them right now. That’s why she’s the lead artist.     um, Keri Hilson was not the headliner, Snoop Dogg was and I believe Bow Wow was the co-headliner, but I would’ve preferred it to be either Keri or Ciara, because Keri has the highest selling album and Ciara’s charted in Australia, I don’t think Keri’s did, but anyway, I wanna see some footage

    @MAMA, Who the fuck is Keri Hilson to Beyonce, Ciara or Rihanna. When she gets a Grammy, #1 singles, #1 albums, Platinum albums, headlining tours, then she’ll be a threat but until then, please sit down. How long has Keri been promoting NBA and it’s only at 300K in WW sales. Hell Loud is at 4 million, and Rihanna been stopped promoting that album back in December, Basic Instinct is almost at 150K in WW which is so sad, but that’s with no promo at all, it’ll probably cross 200K by itself and imagine if Ciara dropped another single off BI, I’m pretty sure, it the single did well, that the album would be Gold in a month

    Yeah that would be true if Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Christina Aguilera, Monica, Ciara, Rihanna, Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston weren’t around. Keri Hilson is a Gold artist, the others I mentioned are multiplatinum, Grammy Award winners, sorry Keri Hilson is just not int their league.
