« New Music: Fabolous f/ Ne-Yo & Ryan Leslie – ‘Look at Her (Killin’ ‘Em Part 2)’Beyoncé Praises Adele: ‘I Feel Like I’m Listening to God’ »New Music: Bei Maejor f/ J. Cole – ‘Trouble’![]() Bei Maejor makes his North Carolina connect with J. Cole on “Trouble,” the new single from the hitmaker’s Jive Records debut. The club-geared tune features an electronically-kissed beat that bounces alongside finger snaps, with the Grammy-nominated prodigy warning his girl not to get too close for fear of taking the relationship too far. “I told you not to wear that dress to the club, tryna dance up on me/ I told you not to push that thang on me if you know I want it/ That’s gon’ get you in trouble,” he sings before passing the baton to the Roc Nation MC for his verse. Get into some trouble below.

Why does Bei Maejor have a career? Not being mean. I’ve seriously been trying to figure it out. His voice is weak. Lyrically, his songs are even weaker. Side note: that bass line is beautiful.

@asunkee, thats how things go.. you might as well ask why has gucci mane, waka flocka, soulja boy have a careers? why dose any one in young money have a career? their all lyrically poor in 10 years’ time when people are talking greats
none of their albums will be mentioned i feel sorry for drake (dont like him) but his carrying dead weight ahhh dont get me statted

ugh…. bad feature for J.COle. BEEN feeling his music for so long now, been on fire and is the future of REAL hip-hop…….. but this collab he has done with Bei wasnt his best. Lyrics +flow didnt represent HIM well – a tad weak compared to his usual fire and talent.
He should be more picky on whose songs he be dropping verses on . :(

Whoa. Bei maejor is blessed. This production is straight finesse and the lyrics draw emotions. Real music makes you feel. I agree at first I felt J Cole wasn’t doing it but after listening to the song a 3rd time he melted right in. This song paints a definate picture.
This is art, yo! :)
upside down always.
