Rap-Up.com || Brandy Celebrates Friend’s Birthday at BOA

Brandy stepped out for a night on the town yesterday for a girlfriend’s birthday bash at West Hollywood’s BOA Steakhouse. With her hair parted on the side, the “Dancing With the Stars” alum came armed with a present for the guest of honor, looking casual in bell-bottom jeans, a satin-leather jacket, and silk shirt. Check out Ms. Norwood making her way into the place with grace.
