The Beyoncé revolution begins now. The global superstar strikes a bold pose in the sand on the cover of “Run the World (Girls),” the first single from her highly-anticipated fourth album. The photo was taken from the singer’s recent video shoot, where she wore the same yellow dress and black stiletto boots.

After lots of speculation, an official press release went out this afternoon. The song will premiere on radio tomorrow at 8 a.m. EST in the U.S. and will be available for download on iTunes worldwide starting Thursday morning.

“Run the World (Girls),” which samples Major Lazer’s “Pon de Floor,” was produced by Switch with additional production by Beyoncé and Shea Taylor. The song was written by Terius “The-Dream” Nash and Beyoncé.

The Beastie Boys get loud and proud in the video for “Make Some Noise” aka “Fight for Your Right Revisited,” the lead single off their album Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, dropping May 3. Touting cameos from Hollywood A-listers Seth Rogen, Jack Black, Elijah Wood, Steve Buscemi, Will Ferrell, and more, the raucous clip serves as a continuation of the trio’s 1986 classic visuals for “Fight For Your Right,” with three impersonators of Mike D, MCA, and Ad-Rock causing a scene on the streets. Stir up some trouble with the star-studded cast.

Before launching into full promo mode for her new single and album, Beyoncé got in a little time with her husband in Paris. The fashionable couple, who celebrated their third wedding anniversary earlier this month, was spotted dining at L’Avenue restaurant with Bey’s six-year-old nephew Julez, who tagged along on their Parisian holiday. The doting aunt and uncle practiced their parenting skills, but couldn’t avoid the crush of paparazzi and fans who swarmed their car as they exited.

Fresh off his Coachella appearance, Kanye West also jetted to Paris. Maybe he and Jay will be resuming their Watch the Throne recording sessions?

Rico Love is no stranger to working with Kelly Rowland, having penned the Destiny’s Child member’s 2010 dance hit “Commander” as well as the sizzling, Jim Jonsin-produced “Motivation,” the first single from her forthcoming album due this summer.

While Kelly’s foray into dance last year may have thrown her stateside fans for a loop, overseas they welcomed the change. But Rico, who’s crafted about 10 to 12 songs for the album, says she’s returning to her R&B roots these days.

M.I.A. and Swizz Beatz blazed up some new music in honor of 4/20. A blonde Maya, with cigarette and lighter in hand, and Swizzy photographed themselves in the studio, ushering in the pot smokers’ holiday with their Twitter followers. “M.I.A & SWIZZ GOT THE SESSION ON FIRE WITH HITZ LETS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!” tweeted the super-producer.

The “XXXO” singer was recently in the lab with Chris Brown and Polow Da Don working on new music. Is another album imminent?
