Rap-Up.com || Video: Beyoncé – ‘Move Your Body’

Beyoncé serves up some hot moves in the school cafeteria in the Melina-directed video for “Move Your Body” made for the “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” campaign. The superstar teams with First Lady Michelle Obama and the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation to help fight childhood obesity by encouraging youth to exercise.

She re-recorded her Swizz Beatz-produced single “Get Me Bodied,” switching the lyrics to fit the cause. Students join in as Mrs. Carter performs Frank Gatson’s (“Single Ladies”) choreography, mixing in some salsa, dancehall, and the running man. The instructional video will be distributed to participating schools around the country. Get schooled by Professor B.

Obesity is just as bad as anorexia so the hater above “beacon” should know better since u have a friend who passed on from an eating disorder!!! They are telling kids to move, this is something fun for them to do even when they are watching tv! It’s 5 minutes of exercise they wouldn’t otherwise get!!

When Beyonce comes out with something new, she definitely gives it all she’s got. I’ve seen Beyonce evolve and I can honestly say, that she is now a legend. I loved how she revamped the “Get Me Bodied” and made it more kid-friendly. I’m on my Gym Steez and I had to add this song to my playlist and anytime I need an extra pick me up, I just open up the DISH Remote Access app with DISH Network and watch the video from there. I recorded the video to my DVR and with the help of my Sling Adapter, I’m able to watch it at any moment. The DRA app is compatible with Apple and Android Mobile Devices and I love it! I work at DISH Network and I am always recommending that people check it out and experience a value unseen by any other provider!
