Rap-Up.com || New Music: Christina Aguilera f/ Cee Lo Green

Christina Aguilera teams with her fellow “Voice” judge Cee Lo Green for a “Nasty” collaboration. According to the “F**k You” singer, the song was recorded a few years ago and was intended for the pop star’s Burlesque soundtrack, but did not make the cut. He says there is now talk to officially release it. Get a first listen below.

@RL, well, xtina knew it would be a risk, but it REALLY bothers me how peopel can’t stand xtin in electornic. so what. Kepps gett’n better is electronic. So sd to me how those songs re ggod, but what xtina sings them, it’s considered bad. So not fair. i actually like and respect bionic. yeah, xtina is best in r & b, but i likr all her stuff, We all have our opnions on bioinic and i LOVE it. i don’t care what no one says, as long as xtina likes it too, that’s all I care about.

@rp, Yeah, I agree. I feel like when the media says someones album isn’t good that’s what everyone goes with. Just like Ciara’s Fantasy Ride which was actually pretty cohesive, Bionic was a risk. Truth is, if it had sold big numbers people would sing her praises…

@rp, keeps getting better and the “electronic” songs on her greatest were hot – most of the songs on “bionic” weren’t… that’s it…
i love xtina and still listen to “stripped” and “b2b” – but i’m tired of listening to “bionic” – at least to it as a whole…

but this song is truely hot! and it’s not as if people hate christina, the “burlesque soundtrack” sold really well for a soundtrack and most of it has been christina songs…

she just had the wrong first single choice for bionic and the album leaked like a month before the actual release…on top of that i think they promoted her wrong…she got all the big shows but chose the wrong songs for them…

She didn’t come in this game to be a 1-track, 1-genre singer. Get over it. “Bionic” was actually amazing. She’s not gonna make ballads for people to listen to every album. Funny thing is, she included some amazing ballads on “Bionic”, but people still complain. The album was very diverse in topics, genre, & tempo. It was great imho. @Dave, Anyone who is a true xtina fan & really knows her as an artist knows she copies no one & lyrically she’s the same. She talks about over coming obstacles, being stronger, trusting your own instics, female empowerment, & having fun. The only thing different is that she experiments w| diff. genres in music. One of the reasons I’m a fan is b/c she’s never predictable! I loved Bionic!

I love it! I was a huge chritsina fan back in the day but got a bit lukewarm after a while. But ever since watching her on the voice and recently buying the burlesque soundtrack I completely am in love with her again and her voice. I wish her the best and hope she comes back on top. This is different to everything on the radio and hope it gets released so I can buy it :)

Hearing songs like this from Christina baffles me. How this lady is still not be up there with the likes of Beyonce and lip sync spears is beyond me. I have always liked her over Britney well i always like people that do a good live performance. I agree with @ Knowing, she is one of the few artists from our generation that the oler generation can listen to and say, wow thats a good voice. Unlike Fenty the goat, lip sync and kiss an alien Perry, who are doing well on looking and dressing like sluts to sell records.
