« New Music: Frank Ocean – ‘Theme Music’ [Snippet]Video: Tyler, the Creator f/ Frank Ocean – ‘She’ »Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas Perform at Walmart Shareholders’ Meeting![]() Walmart sure knows how to party. The retail giant held its annual shareholders’ meeting at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Friday (June 3). The star-studded corporate gig was hosted by Will Smith and featured performances from Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, and “American Idol” winner Scotty McCreery. “How’s everybody feeling today? Thank you so much for having me. I want to give a big, big shout-out to all my people from Walmart all over the world here tonight,” said Alicia, taking a seat at the piano in a leg-baring blue dress with hot pink heels. “I’d like to tell you a little bit about where I’m from,” she told stockholders and employees before performing “Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down” and “No One.” The 10th anniversary edition of her debut songs in A minor will be released to Walmart stores and other retailers on June 28.

I hope that Swizz Beatz will stay away from her next album because honestly EOF wasn’t bad but was still her less good album.

Alicia is absolutely precious. She is an extremely beautiful lady with an extremely beautiful voice also. Love this performance. This reminds me of her AIA album performances. For anyone who thinks her backup singers made her famous, they should think again. She sure didn’t need them here to sound perfect. Looking and sounding great! Much love and respect for this lady, always. :-)

@Toni, I agree. This performance solidifies why she’s so great. Stage, piano, VOICE. No gimmicks or anything else. Just wow!

i was there. representing my store 1853 from hemet, ca. & i had such an amazing time. I am so honored to be a walmart associate. They appreciate their associates & what other company does this for their associates.. this big & for free? i mean 4 days of FUN. Will Smith was hilarious hosting it, & scotty, alicia, & the black eyed peas were great. We were also given 2 free concerts, we saw Darius Rucker, lady antebellum, & Bob Seger & the silver bullet band. The whole trip left me, speechless.
