Rap-Up.com || Beyoncé Sizzles in W Magazine [Photos]

All hail Beyoncé. The “Run the World (Girls)” singer captivates with her beauty in a Gucci silk shrug, bra and briefs by Nina Ricci, and Louis Vuitton hat, mask, and boots in one of the stunning images from her cover shoot for W magazine’s Music & Style Issue. In the colorful photos taken by French photographer Patrick Demarchelier, the gorgeous goddess flaunts fashions by renowned designers including Givenchy, Marc Jacobs, and Dolce & Gabbana.

“I wanted this record to come from a raw place,” she told the magazine of her fourth album 4, due June 28. “Playing Etta James in the movie Cadillac Records really changed me. It was a darker character, and I realized that if anything is too comfortable, I want to run from it. It’s no fun being safe.”

@Diego, Correction. Columbia wants her to re do her album because it leaked. Beyonce wants to release 4 still as it is. All Columbia cares is about sales & I’m sure her record breaking 6 grammys in one night makes it clear that she can do & will do as she pleases. As great & emotional as that album is, no one started paying attention to who top the charts until when?……exactly, a few months ago.

Now I see why the album cover looks so risque, I’ve heard the leaked album and there are only about 2-4 songs out of 12 tracks that stand out. Looking at her career shes always played it safe, thats of her and her teams own doing, now I’m wondering is it too late. I spoke to someone and they said this album around for her reminds them of when Christina Aguilera did Bionic, she didnt really know what direction to go in so she tried to do something different and it didnt really work with the critics.

People need to stop comparing her to Christina. Christina released her last ablum in 2006 and buy the time she released Bionic most of her fan base had already moved on. Beyoce may take 2-3 year breaks but she never really goes away. As far as this era is concerned I actually love the album. I think the album will do fine however I dont think this album will make multiplatinum land and if it does it will make it barely!!!! but it will debut at number one. I predict atleast 300-350K first week. Also RTW may have Flopped hard but you cant say that for BTNH it just started its trek on the charts and its picking up it airplay. And if you dont like what I said you dont have to reply.

It’s true with great success, comes great haters. I’ve been a Beyonce stan since 03 and 4 is her greatest work since B’day and the material is dying to be performed live. Beyonce will be the King no matter how they shuffle. In being a stan for so long, I have noticed the patterns of waves of haters that come with each album release, and over the course of promotion and numerous undeniable performances you get even more believers.
