What happens when Lil Wayne steps out in public? Pandemonium ensues. Weezy roams the streets of South Beach with his crew and everyone and their mama stops and takes notice. He hugs adoring fans in bikinis and jumps in a photo with a couple getting married.
“The other day I just really looked around when Wayne was on stage and I said, ‘Wow, Wayne really did it. This is a basketball arena,'” reflected Young Money president Mack Maine.
