Video: Lil Playy f/ Matthew Koma - 'Birthday Dress'

Houston rapper Lil Playy makes his debut in the TAJ-directed video for “Birthday Dress,” his catchy summer single featuring singer Matthew Koma. Filmed in Malibu, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins’ protégé rocks with a band in a crib overlooking the ocean as he vies for the affection of a pretty young thing.

Playy, who penned the hook for Ludacris and Nicki Minaj’s Grammy-nominated hit “My Chick Bad,” is readying an EP and mixtape Tour Bus Muzik and can be heard on “Work It Man,” a song off Kelly Rowland’s new album Here I Am.
