Rap-Up.com || Ciara Invades Miami for Malibu Rum Tour

Ciara made a splash in Miami on the first stop of the Station Invasion Concert Tour, presented by Radio Maliboom Boom. Created and hosted by Malibu Rum, the 10-city tour features Taio Cruz and CiCi, who will headline seven of the 10 cities including Boston, New York, Dallas, and Chicago throughout the summer.

Before taking the stage in all white with her troupe of dancers, the sexy singer showed off her ombré highlights and posed for pics on the red carpet with DJ Scribble and Carnivale dancers. Ciara, who is reportedly making the move to Epic with L.A. Reid, turned up the heat at the Caribbean-themed concert with hits including “Promise,” “Ride,” and “Goodies.”

“Thank you guys for coming out and celebrating with me,” she told fans before heading to the after-party. “Enjoy yourself, party, drink away, but drink safely.”

Ummmmmmm, Ciara Princess Harris, may I please have my life back after you took it away with that intro and Get Up performance. I believe this was her first time performing Get Up in like 3 years. I personally feel the choreo to Get Up is her best and that’s one of her best songs, so she should definitely start performing it more. But I loved the white outfit and her new hair really goes well with it. But I just wish her setlists were longer than 40 minutes and included more songs like Love Sex Magic, Never Ever, Turn It Up, Heavy Rotation, Pucker Up and some of her other album songs. I know a lot of people may not be familiar with the Fantasy Ride and Basic Instinct songs, but it would be nice to get some performances of those songs every once in a while.

WoW I Love the choreo and the energy! She’s an AMAZING entertainer! Great show :D

I Truly hope and believe that moving to EPIC with L.A.Reid ill shoot her back to the top, with the RIGHT single and Heavy promotion she’ll be unstoppable. Id love for her to get the type of props/stages these other artists are getting, the ones who actually NEED props, ciara doesnt, it’d just make for an even more thrilling show.

I love the fact that Ciara’s recent career fallbacks haven’t stopped her from going out and doing what she loves. She is just plugging away and I think this fact just proves that she’ll find more success in the future. She’s a great artist and she always has a lot of energy. And oh yeah, she looks sexy as hell too!
