Rap-Up.com || Beyoncé Pulls Into Trailer Park to Shoot ‘Party’ Video

Beyoncé headed to the rural parts of New Jersey to shoot her new music video on Tuesday (Aug. 2). According to various reports, the retro-themed clip was for “Party,” her collaboration with André 3000, off her platinum-certified album 4. The visuals, filmed in South Brunswick’s Oakdale Mobile Home Park, called for flashy fashions, a red muscle car, and colorfully-dressed dancers. Solange and Kelly Rowland joined B on set, while eager fans scouted out the location and snapped up some camera phone pics.

According to Video Static, B is also planning to shoot a video for “Countdown” with “Sweet Dreams” director Adria Petty.

I was looking at the pics on another site and I think I spotted Solange’s boyfriend on set? He’s a video director. Directed one of my favorite Janelle Monae videos. Wonder if he was just on set hanging with Solo or if he’s directing the vid…Pics look cool. Can’t wait to see the finished product. Andre 3 stacks BETTER be in it too!

Being a resident of this park I can tell you I was not notified. I found out by coming home and seeing the entrance blocked by a large black pickup with yellow construction lights.
Not giving it much thought I just drove around it to find my driveway blocked by several people waiting in there cars. I understand a need for secrecy but have a bit of respect for the people who live here. We’ll still be here long after you have gone.
