On the eve of Watch the Throne‘s release, Kanye West was king at Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire, England, while headlining the Big Chill music festival. ‘Ye delivered a similar set to Coachella and the ESSENCE Music Festival for his international fans. While performing “Lost in the World,” he announced that he would be releasing the Bon Iver-assisted song as the next single from My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. A fine choice, Yeezy.

That’s a strong choice.
I guess Watch The Throne is not comercially intended… I mean, they never released a single for it and this news make me think they never will.

@Humberto, They will. Lift Off and Otis are gonna be singles. But you’re right they didn’t want the album to be commercial. They never really do.

i myself fucks with that song but the mainstream wont like this song. but kanye doesnt care less if it reaches top 10 or not. thats why i like him. doesnt let anything come between him and his art.

@**life**, yeah I would prefer like Blame game or Devil in a new dress. hell he might well make all the songs singles becuase MBDTF was that good. he sure, it’s around 2 mil right now but it is going to go down as a instant classic!

I thought he was done with that album after “All of the Lights”, but I’m glad he’s not. Gotta put it back in my iTunes.

@shaun, But after poor fan reception it was downgraded to a deluxe edition track. I LIKED IT so pretty upset about the lack of video treatment for it

I think it’s a genius move to wait this long to release this single. With all the attention from WTT and a new single MBDF is probably going to start selling again.
