Rap-Up TV: Hit-Boy Talks ‘Ni**as in Paris,’ Kelly Rowland, & BeyoncéHit-Boy’s profile skyrocketed when Jay-Z and Kanye West included his beat for “Ni**as in Paris” on Watch the Throne. Not only did he make the historic album, but the track has become a favorite of many. The 24-year-old producer, who helmed Lil Wayne and Eminem’s “Drop the World” and Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Friday freebie “Christmas in Harlem,” spoke to Rap-Up TV about how the song came together and confirmed reports that it will be the next single off Throne. A video is also in the works. Hit-Boy, who’s currently in the studio with G.O.O.D. Music’s Pusha T, Big Sean, and Kid Cudi, also shared his experience working Kelly Rowland on “Lay It on Me” and his desire to collaborate with Beyoncé. The future is bright for this young hitmaker.
